My name is Ebrahim. I am an Engineering graduate from Iran. I continued my studies in France, and graduated with a masters degree from Concordia in Montreal in 2004. Mathematics has been my passion all the way my life. Math is not only the foundation of engineering but is also a necessity of everyday life. Although I was working in an engineering environment because of the necessity of life, my passion for math followed me through and I am here to grasp the opportunity to share my knowledge with my students. I taught Math in high school during my study period at university and continued tutoring math casually thereafter.
I think effective communication, listening skills, a friendly attitude, patience, and respect are critical assets to acquire in every environment, including an educational environment in order to promote students' critical thinking skills and ability to utilize math in everyday life. I believe we can easily get respect from others if they feel respected first. I can describe myself as friendly, enthusiastic, respectful and a happy family person with my wife and two bright children.
