I began cultivating a yoga practice after graduating from college. I find freedom and grounding in the physical, mental, and spiritual practices encompassed by yoga.

I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Kindness Yoga in 2018. I enjoy teaching vinyasa, restorative, and yoga nidra in both public and private settings.

In my yoga classes, you will experience the rhythm of one breath, one movement vinyasa. Expect intentional sequencing, options, and opportunities to challenge yourself, both physically and mentally.

I believe that my purpose as a yoga teacher is to assist my students in developing a practice that will help them live their very best lives. Through group or one-on-one instruction, I can lead you in exploring yoga styles and tools that will help you feel good and meet your goals. Read less
