During the first class, I will learn more about the student, by knowing their level and what are their personal needs in Chinese classes. Then I will communicate with them/ their parents to see what aspect they want to improve. Then I will design practice excerises for them, let them finish before the next lesson. I will also prepare classes according to their needs. Overall speaking, my classes are all very customerized and could exactly suit the needs of students. Read less
