I believe it's incredibly important to nurture curiosity and an ability to think independently. It's not just about cramming and memorizing without understanding the subjects. I am adaptable to the way different students learn; this means giving laser focus to the thought processes of a particular student. Everybody has a different way of learning and understanding concepts, and it's very important to take this into account. Read less
