My name is Stefania. I'm 32 years old and I'm the founder of Chandra Yoga Studio, a yoga school in Bologna, Italy.
I moved to Thailand one year ago, and now I'm teaching here and organizing yoga retreats and travels around the country.
Passionate about holistic well-being (body and mind) for as long as I can remember, I started practicing Iyengar yoga 10 years ago and began teaching 4 years ago. I'm still studying and practicing different kinds of yoga to expand my knowledge.
I teach Hatha yoga, with a touch of dynamic elements from Vinyāsa. My lessons are always suitable for all levels, as the use of yoga props allows everyone to follow the classes without any problems.

We start our practice always with a Pranayama or some breathwork, then after a little ful body warm up, we star with the yoga practice, sometimes can be more quiet, sometimes more dynamic. We study the asana alignments and we built strength to reach also the advanced positions, step by step, learning how to transition as well. We use props, like block, belts and pillows. Read less
