I have been tutoring for the past 20 years specializing in mathematics and science since my background is in civil engineering and economics. I have chosen to work at home because of having children of my own thus making it difficult to hold a full-time job and be a mother. I am very familiar with CIE, Edexcel Board since I myself graduated from UCL, the UK. I am willing to prepare students for their final exam especially doing past papers so that they can get the feel of doing the paper and not be too excited about it on their actual exam day. I am currently helping a few students from various local and international schools (Bangkok Prep). I have experience teaching for students from ISB, Harrows, St. Stephens, St. Andres, NIST, Bangkok Prep. I use DISCORD as a medium for teaching online even though I am not a gamer as the server is most stable when comparing it with others. With the ongoing COVID, I offer to teach online via DISCORD or other online channels that the students are comfortable with. Usually, I will get the students to request the topic that they don't understand first and go through it with them. After feeling comfortable with each other, I will try to teach advanced topics so that they don't struggle when studying at school. The reasons that students don't perform well are due to not be able to understand the new topics that are introduced. Read less
